We accept return requests within 14 calendar days after delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, with the seal intact and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or tampered-with products cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect, an error in the order, or lack of conformity. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be issued within approximately 5 to 7 business days. To request a return, first contact atencion@oplinx.es.
