Aceptamos solicitudes de devolución dentro de los 14 días naturales posteriores a la entrega, siempre que el producto esté sin usar, sin abrir, con el precinto intacto y en su embalaje original. Por higiene, los productos abiertos, usados o manipulados no se pueden devolver, salvo defecto, error en el pedido o falta de conformidad.
